  • Load In: 4-8PM Friday, 7-9:30AM Saturday and 7-9:30AM Sunday

By participating in this event, vendors acknowledge that they have read and understood this disclaimer and agree to the outlined terms:

Event Information

  • Event Name: Holiday Market at The Beacon
    Event Date: Nov. 9 and/or Nov. 10, 2024

  • Event Location: The Beacon, 420 SW 9th St, Topeka, KS

  • Set-Up Time: 4-8PM Friday, 7-9:30AM Saturday, 7-9:30AM Sunday

  • Tear Down Time: 4-6PM Saturday, 4-6PM Sunday

  • Event Hours: 10AM-4PM

Vendor Booth Guidelines

  • Vendors are assigned booth space for the sale of goods or services, with the understanding that certain items are prohibited. Specifically, the sale, service, or distribution of alcohol is not allowed.

  • The use of candles, open flames, and smoke-creating items (such as incense or smoking products) is strictly forbidden.

  • Vendors must be set up by 9:45 AM on their assigned day(s) and may not tear down their booth until 4 PM. There is a $50 fine for closing your booth before the event ends.

Cancellation Policy
Vendors wishing to cancel their booth reservation must do so at least 14 days prior to the event to receive a 50% refund. Cancellations within 14 days of the event will result in the forfeiture of all payments made.

Liability Notice
Beacon Events LLC is not responsible for any damage, theft, or loss of vendor property during the event. Vendors agree to hold harmless Beacon Events LLC and its employees, agents, and contractors from any claims related to their participation.

Compliance and Responsibility
Vendors are responsible for maintaining a clean and organized booth space and must ensure compliance with all local laws, regulations, and event policies.
